1. Order Cancellation Policy
Pre-Shipment Cancellation: You may request an order cancellation at any time before your order has been shipped/dispatched 
How to Request Pre-Shipment Cancellation: Log in to your account, go to My Account > My Orders, and click Request Cancellation to submit the form.
Cancellations After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled mid-transit. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, you must receive the order and return it to us. The customer must bear all return shipping charges for cancellations requested after dispatch.

2. Processing & Delivery Timeline
Order Processing Time: All orders take 3 to 5 business days to be processed, packaged, and handed over to our delivery partner.
Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched, delivery by our shipping carrier typically takes 7 to 8 business days.
Location Dependency: Final delivery times depend heavily on the delivery location and destination accessibility.
Order Tracking: As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. You can also view status updates under My Orders in your member account.

3. Returns & Return Shipping Costs
A. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Covered by Us)
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive a different item than what you ordered:
We will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or full refund.
How to Report: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us directly at apc.assam1970@gmail.com with your Order Number and photos/videos showing the damage or wrong item.
OR submit your inquiry via the Contact Us page on our website.
B. Standard Returns / Change of Mind / Post-Dispatch Cancellations
If you wish to return an item for any other reason after it has been shipped, the customer is responsible for all the shipping cost.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and safely packed for transit.
